4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. onabet aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond onabet's control.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. onabet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. onabet complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. onabet reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
5.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on onabet are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and any other relevant details before confirming a wager. onabet will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or the applicable sport-specific rules.
5.2 Odds. All odds displayed on onabet are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation. onabet reserves the right to correct any odds that are displayed in error.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period; the event starting before the scheduled time and the bet being placed after the actual start; or the bet being placed on an event that has already concluded.
5.4 Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the result, onabet's decision shall be final.
5.5 Maximum Winnings. onabet reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets and cumulative winnings. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting markets and may be updated from time to time.
6.1 General. onabet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
